We had two days in a row off this week so we spent some time cleaning the coach–we hadn’t done that since we left Woodburn, and it was in need of some cleaning. We did a little more shopping and driving around. We were craving french fries so we drove around Waller to see what kinds of fast food were around here. We settled on Jack in the Box and DQ for a small cone for dessert.

One thing that we decided we couldn’t be without is a dehumidifier. They are a little pricey, but when it is 90+ degrees and 90 percent humidity, we might die. The dehumidifier works by letting the moisture in the air condense onto a plate, then it drips into a holding tank. We were surprised at the amount of water it removed from our little living space. It makes a huge difference when it is not hot and sticky in the coach. The only problem is that the dry air it blows out is warm–around 80 degrees. That makes the AC units in the coach work harder to keep it cool, but so far it is worth it…
