Another week down. The water park is 2/5 through its short season, and we have less than three months left here. And we have no idea where we are going next. We are still interested in Miami, but they may not have a spot for us. If we don’t go there, there is a good chance we will go back to Yuma. The dry weather in Yuma would be a welcome change from all the rain we have had this summer…
We had a busy day yesterday, but of course it rained today and it is not very warm. We had seven concessions employees scheduled, but it was extremely slow, so we had to send most of them home early–one didn’t work at all. Then around 4:15, I decided to go home myself instead of sending the last counter person home. Kevin is still at work–I will go back just before 7:00 to get him and help finish up with closing if I need to. Tomorrow should be nicer weather, so hopefully it will be busier…
