We had an okay weekend–at least we were open all three days. Friday was really quiet, but Saturday and Sunday were probably average days. This morning we went in early to do our weekly cleaning of the deep fryers and the slushie machine. They really do not have the proper equipment to filter full sized fryers, so it is a messy job and we wanted to make sure we had plenty of time.
We were scheduled for 9 – 6, but I had three other people working with us today so we ended up leaving at around 2:15. It was busier than Friday, but definitely not busy enough for five people in the snack bar. We decided we might as well take the time off while we can–we may not get that option in a few weeks when the weather is better and the water park is busier.
